My research focuses on how individuals and groups collaborate across complex cultural and institutional contexts with an emphasis on social change efforts. My ongoing dissertation work focuses on how integrative cross-sector partnerships collaborate in support of social change using the Greater Victoria Coalition to End Homelessness as my case study
