Lead the Scheduling and Planning team to ensure effective and efficient utilization of Blood Operation resources. We do this by analyzing data and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments to plan and schedule all operational constraints appropriately.

Lead the Planning Team to ensure we are effectively and efficiently using resources within Versiti's Blood Operation's Department while working collaboratively with Recruitment, Donor Services, and Marketing to ensure we are able to meet patient needs.

Collaborated with Recruitment, IT, Marketing, and Planning to help ensure all parties had the data and insights they needed to make informed decisions. I was the systems matter expert in the CRM and worked cross-functionally to train and problem solve as needed.

Responsible for the center recruitment goals along with leading the contact center team and coaching them to ensure their daily/weekly/monthly stats were aligned with the units needed to meet patient needs.
