I led a multi-functional team through the development of DRP across the organisation and in consultation with water retailers and MW's Board to ensure MW's operational program secures water supplies during dry periods• Develop a DRP that considers Melbourne’s dam and reticulation network, water supply needs, climate change impacts and population growth • Determine operational intervention triggers for operational response to falling dam levels that aligns with the industry drought response plan• Develop implementation plan and reporting systems

I was responsible for leading a team of 9 direct reports in two multi-disciplinary areas of responsibility. I led the Living Rivers stormwater improvement program in partnership with local government. This includes development of industry guidelines, training sessions, IWM planning and strategic projects that are customer driven and contribute to the transition to a water sensitive city. I also led the sewage quality team working in partnership with water retailers to ensure sewage quality doesn’t impact on treatment plants and the environment. The opportunities presented though this work allow for contribution towards projects that are moving our ability to manage sewage risks more effectively and efficiently through an industry wide approach

Ensuring that strong service oriented relationships exists between Melbourne Water and the water retailers. I lead the organisation to understand and act on customer priorities and embed service excellence with the business. Specifically I work with across the organisation to assist in forming trusting relationships, understand customer priorities and needs and guide the business in delivering improved services and products.

I lead the strategic development and implementation of the Rural Land Program across Melbourne Water's service area. The program improves on farm management practices through financial and technical assistance to support increased productivity, which helping to improve the health of waterways for the benefit of the broader community.I work with other government agencies, commercial businesses and peak industry bodies to improve awareness and up take of the program.

I lead Melbourne Water's Living Rivers Program which works in partnership with 38 local governments to build collective capacity to implement Water Sensitive Urban Design and stormwater management techniques. I lead a team of 4 stormwater quality planning professionals who operate by engaging and successfully building strong working relationships with champions within each council.

Led the roll out of customer segmentation,customer satisfaction and customer insights research programs for the organisation.
