And leading a team that I build up and motivate every day with clearly laid out objectives and goals is where I shine. My varied background is my biggest strength as it gave me the skill sets to succeed in any industry and the adaptability to thrive in any environment. Years of Bartending made me an expert in all things hospitality, helped me master multi-tasking and remaining calm in a fast-paced environment.Owning my own Bookkeeping business made me expand my accounting knowledge to provide better services to my clients. And working with different clients in a variety of industries gave me a working knowledge of operations in real estate development, interior design, property management, and general contracting. Being a Senior Manager for a growing pains residential construction company made me a pro at finding the right people for the job, and how to build structure and operations at a company that would allow it grow. Working as a Senior Property Manager taught me how to be a leader, and how I could best support and motivate my team. It gave me a crash course and then expertise, in the life cycle of a building, and how to optimize value without sacrificing service.
