I am currently an Administrator for Continuing Healthcare -Placements Team dealing with general office duties as well as referrals, costings and data management.

I am the School Nursing Team administrator. My duties are to look after records, filing, archiving and storing. I also look after several databases and update when needed. Typing of various documents is another duty of mine along with other general admin tasks.

I process and organise various payment runs, as well as produce and design relevant supporting documentation. I am responsible for cashbooks and bank reconcilliations, and paying purchase invoices. I use various Microsoft Office software daily, and use Sage Line50 Accounts. I also provide general administration tasks such as reception cover, handling post, emailing and sending out correspondence to our service users, along with other adhoc tasks.

I was responsible for operating the till, and cashing up at the end of the day. I also took part in stock take and replenishing the shop floor with products.

My main function was to operate the till and provide excellent customer service. I also priced up items in the shop, and helped restock the shelves.
