I've witnessed firsthand the tremendous impact that optimized processes and automation can have on not only the bottom line but also on workplace safety and environmental stewardship.I am experienced with the technical challenges, cross-functional collaboration and scheduling nuances associated with keeping critical process equipment running smoothly in a 24-hour manufacturing facility. As a result, while I take pride in my technical ability, I take further pride in my ability to effectively communicate my design ideas to the FDA, to QA, to and to the manufacturing associate who has never worked with a CIP Skid, but needs to complete a new cleaning cycle on the centrifuge by 8:00 PM sharp.
