In the support of student veteran and military dependent success on campus, I act as a liaison and supporter in a wide range of areas. As a volunteer leader for my campus's student veteran association, I advocated for and was granted graduation regalia for student veterans and a student veteran success center on campus. I also lead student veteran engagement with the larger campus community through activities and events and promote connection with veteran organizations in the community. Further initiatives include student veteran success recognition, welcome weekend/ orientation meet- ups, and professional development and networking events.

This position emphasized all around care that included consultation with potential clients, crisis on-call services, and therapy for both individual and group clients. Student clinicians carried a caseload of 12 active clients, 1 group, and were expected to deliver training to volunteer victim advocates and other student clinicians on various topics.
