A huge undertaking which involved the identification of established site specific process, definition of global requirements and implementation of newly defined process affecting over 16,000 products and utilizing both PLM, Database and Java routine functionality.•Roll out of Oracle Product Lifecycle Management system (Agile 9.2 & 9.3) - Compilation, distribution and support of test scripts for version 9.2 & 9.3 of Agile PLM system to all UK based users. Identification and resolution of functional issues within new operating system and supervision of data transfers. Service Improvement Project•Responsible for creating, documenting and implementing improved practices across the Change Management process to provide alignment between Non Live Environment and Live environment change processes.•Liaised comprehensively with other ITSM disciplines to ensure all procedures were viable and advantageous to all concerned.•Identified key risk areas within the existing change management Local Working Instructions which required improvement•Streamlined existing change procedures relating to Change Advisory Boards, Change approval routes and satisfactory change content.•Conveyed updates to the service desk as a whole and ensured all queries were resolved effectively.
