∙ Supervise an all freshman hall government∙ Run one-on-one meetings with the hall leaders to help the growth of each individual ∙ Join senior staff meetings, Oshkosh Placement Exchange meetings, Staffing meetings, all Freshman Residence Hall meetings to observe what RHD’s and ARHD’s do in their positions ∙ Compute inventory of all items moving out of the NBC Village (Nelson, Breese, and Clemans) for maintenance, custodial, MIO, and other support functions.∙ Organize large scale programs, such as an End of the Year Celebration for the demolition of three Residence Halls.

∙ Manage residence hall service and security desk in an all freshman hall∙ Create schedules for weekly, opening, and closing desk shifts∙ Supervise six desk workers and seven community advisors while they work at the desk ∙ Oversee a committee that organizes community service events for a freshman living community∙ Serve as staff liaison for Clemans Hall Government in an all freshman residence halls∙ Develop and present social, educational, and cultural programs∙ Plan and Facilitate staff development sessions∙ Provide resources for a co-educational environment
