While at The Fresh Air Fund, I was treated as a full-time employee. I worked 9-5 MWF, while taking 5 classes at Hofstra University. My responsibilities involved generating press in the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut areas. I updated media lists, stored and organized press clippings, came up with innovative social media strategies, and conducted interviews with host families that turned into feature stories; those stories were pitched to media outlets relative to the families involved.

I worked at WS&A PR as an intern in Wendy's boutique agency. Though mainly focusing on interior design, I worked directly with clients in many facets of the field involving art, medicine, and luxury. I drafted many written pieces including blog posts and bios, and spent much of my time reaching out to editors and award shows to find targeted interest in our clients. I was part of a three-person team who launched and subsequently funded a $7,500 kickstarter campaign for our client, Kate Browne. This project was featured on Kickstarter as a project of the day, and I was involved in the aftermath of this exciting project; having t-shirts printed, organizing a cocktail party, and supporting the project's launch in Paris.

During my time working for Bobble, I was named a top 10 representative in their nation-wide college representative program. I served as Hofstra University's only representative, and collaborated with environmentally conscious clubs in addition to spreading their brand's message to sports teams, greek life, and community service clubs. I created and facilitated events in academic, social, and residential settings.
