I enjoy jobs that require organization and structure, but still allow me to be creative. I've managed a retail store at Lancaster Home and Fabric and I have experience as a marketing manger at the Chris and Claude Co. As a manager of a retail store I had to be organized with schedules and inventory. But I was still able to be creative with the store displays. As a marketing manager I had to be organized with the timing of each post and keeping track of our growth. But I was able to be creative with the content I created. In both jobs I was able to work in my own department alone at times, but still collaborate with a team. I'm not afraid to work alone but I thrive more when I work with a team.
