There is no better team sport than rowing due to the instilled dedication and consideration for others. To move a boat, you need teamwork, there is no such thing as superstars, in rowing. To successfully operate a boat, the entire crew must work together. The BHR programme has imparted discipline, inspiration, perseverance, confidence, goal-setting, time management, and an understanding of the benefits of hard effort. The program also emphasizes the significance of leading a healthy lifestyle through physical training, wholesome eating, and constructive habits. Whatever I choose to do with my life, I will be able to use the skills I have developed in rowing.
