I am currently employed at market makers in the role of Client Director. In my role i work on various sales campaigns generating appointments and leads specific to the individual clients requirements.

In this role I would contact employers/accountants and landlord to obtain references for potential tenants on behalf of estate agents and landlords. this role encorparated alot of customer service skills as taking inbound calls from the tenants to update on their progress as well as this i would be looking at confirdetial documents such as bank statements and payslips to access financial affordability.

A busines to customer role contacting customers who had previously had work done either by the company or a company that was working in partnership with Thomas Sanderson to generate appointments for a sales representative to visit their house to give a quote for blinds or shutters. In this role I consitantly hit target every month.From September 2012 my role changed onto the pilot scheme of Conservatory Cleaning, contacting the general public who owned a conservatory to generate an interest in have a conservatory cleaned with prices ranging from £400 - over £1000. During the calls My role was to confirm and book a date for the clean to take place as well as this I would also have to take a payment of a 10% deposit to confirm the booking.
