I was part of the talent acquisition team at Dartmouth Partners and Pure Search, which fall under the parent company Kernel Global. Dartmouth Partners are a specialist recruitment consultancy in Financial Services. I ran the end to end recruitment process from working with hiring managers to placing suitable candidates into the teams across Dartmouth Partners and Pure Search.

I worked as a training facilitator as well as an administrator at Zee IOR. Zee IOR was a startup by TecEx focusing on helping E-commerce sellers import their goods internationally. I ran the training of all new starters including training on VAT, Amazon seller information and importation requirements for client management purposes.I also ran the employee administration managing the employee list, onboarding, inductions and office management. I am very passionate about employee wellness and created the employee wellness platform which resulted in running multiple employee wellness events.

I was the school counsellor at Ferndale High school in Johannesburg where I saw 6 children per week for short term client-focused counselling.
