● Oversee two clinics and a team of 7 full time therapists and rotating locum staff● Selected for the US Oncology SGRT Toolkit Work Group to collaborate in developing a resource to be utilized by the network; co-authored the section for Patient Education ● Manage PTO calendar for five sites and 16 full time therapists● Attend leadership trainings to enhance management skills and grow as a leader● Coordinate supply orders from multiple vendors for five clinics

● Setup and treat patients according to physician prescription and orders● Perform treatments on Varian machines including Vital Beam, Novalis, Varian 2100C and 2100EX● Perform simulation of patients with and without contrast using GE Lightspeed simulator and Eclipse software● Utilize the Vision RT system to ensure accuracy of treatment and patient setups● Verify treatment plans and utilize Aria software to ensure accurate treatment delivery● Advanced experience with Eclipse-External Beam Planning, Image Fusion, and Contouring for the purposes of treatment planning● Experienced in training on Vital Beam and CT simulator● Coordinator of special procedures including HDR, SAVI, and SBRT ● Observed and assisted with HDR procedures including vaginal cylinders, T&O procedures, and SAVI procedures.● Create custom electron blocks as directed by physician● Simulate and treat SBRT and SRS patients side by side with covering physician● Perform morning warm-up and QA on treatment machine, simulator, and Vision RT system● Accurately record treatments in the patient’s electronic record● Audit billing codes to ensure accurate charges for each patient● Collaborate with fellow staff to maintain a clean and safe work environment● Completed a project assigned by Physics to create and cut electron blocks used to commission the new treatment machines
