My role as Head of Retail for MacGregor and MacDuff is to ensure our Retail stores are performing at the very highest level. Customer Service is of the utmost importance and our current growth strategy reflects this. My experience within the Retail Sector has provided me with the relevant Sales skills and knowledge to help grow MacGregor and MacDuff to the forefront of the Highland Wear Industry.Tartan is not just a Scottish product but is becoming more and more desirable all over the world. Our mantra is very much to promote a product that has, as far as possible, been manufactured from start to finish in Scotland and my job as Head of Retail is to promote this as MacGregor and MacDuff's USP.
