· Proactively communicate with our sales department on progression of ticket cases and handle escalations in a timely manner.· Support sales representatives with software knowledge by keying in orders to provide internal support for small and large advertisers.· Interdepartmental collaboration to improve process, functionality of Thryv systems, and products.· Support and troubleshoot Systems as a Service (SaaS), digital, and print product processes and functionality issues that cannot be resolved by sales.· Identify client and sales impacting issues while assisting internal teams to find resolution through researching, troubleshooting and analyzing reported cases.

· Manage program scans to display member involvement to receive grants/donations for the program.· Serve as the main point of contact for parents/guardians to address questions or concerns.· Collaborate with staff and management to plan for program activities to meet guidelines. · Maintain physical files with confidential member paperwork.
