Leading on Total rewards in a thriving, fast paced and demanding environment, responsible for driving and implementing the Compensation & Benefits strategy for 450 employees across UK, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden & Finland.Key Achievements:Successfully delivered the annual bonus and salary review process from planning through to delivery. Working with key internal stakeholders, from Finance up to Vice President level to propose salary increases in line with a tight timeline and set Budget. Experience includes supporting the Divisional Reward Director in preparing and presenting salary proposals for EMEA including analysis and costing justification.Annual completion of compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW & Korn Ferry), Job matching and creating pay structures and merit tables.Lead and manage the annual benefit window, working with the platform provider to achieve a seamless launch, and with the brokers to ensure the rates and policies are competitive against the market and that we have robust processes in place. Involved in several Global projects to drive company initiatives forward, these include Introducing a new Recognition Program, Upskilling admin users on Benefits Platform and updating the Company Cars policy.Following a deep dive, repurposed our benefits, removing those not used and introducing new offerings.Policies updates across the UK and Nordics ensuring they represented the company values, they complimented our benefits offering and that they were competitive against the market.Future proofed the UK pension plan by moving from a net deduction pension plan to salary exchange, changing the pension contribution structure, as well as moving pension platforms. Identified process improvements in payroll, pensions and share schemes to drive efficiencies and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.

Responsible for both the strategic and management and day to day workload, development and implementation of the reward and benefits package for both Superdrug and Savers. Managing a team of 4 providing direction and development in order to drive continuous improvement within the reward and benefits offering in line with company strategy.Support a total of 17,000 employees across both businesses within Head Office, Retail Operation (including healthcare) and distribution to drive engagement through areas including;- Annual salary review - preparing cost proposals, benchmarking and liaising with people business partners and Directors- Bonus & Incentive schemes – design, communication plans, costings and liaising with key stakeholders- Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Retail Salary Bandings for stores and pharmacy including Republic of Ireland and the career banding framework within Head office including job evaluation and benchmarking- Responsible for managing all reward and benefits relationships with supplier including fleet, pensions, healthcare from tendering process to delivering contractual obligations and monitoring SLAs- Implement, own and act as the guardian of all policies and procedures relating to reward and benefits ensuring all programmes and communications are relevant by keeping abreast of the market and legislative changes

Working within the HR Services team, responsible for a team of four HR Services co-ordinators who work closely with the regional retail structure to deliver support on all aspects of the HR Services function including New Starter packs, Company Car administration and Staff Discount Cards. Playing a pivotal role to support the Learning and Development team, providing information management.
