With the ISU I am the co host and producer of the ‘‘team up’ podcast and I love any opportunity to bring my passion for creative approaches to research into health systems transformation. I am an affiliate of the Resilience Innovation Lab at Royal Roads University and a thesis supervisor for the Masters of Health Leadership program.

We will engage widely, considering members of each of the groups in the WHO’s Social Accountability Partnership Pentagon (WHO, 2000). The ISU will seek to provide support from the department to partners in meaningful ways that then help improve care in BC. Seed funding was provided through Faculty of Medicine and the initial focus is on team-based care innovations.
