Sarah started her construction experience in her middle school years working as a laborer on multi-million dollar custom homes during the summer. Every summer she increased her skills, moving into a carpenter’s helper role throughout high school. After graduating from high school, Sarah gained knowledge running construction equipment such as the one-ton delivery trucks, skid steer bobcats, backhoe, forklifts, compactors, as well as surveying equipment and techniques. Sarah majored in construction management at Colorado State University, earning many honors for her academic performance. During her time in college, she served an internship with a radon mitigation firm, actively mitigating radon from many different homes in and around the Fort Collins area. For the past several years, Sarah has bid and developed construction schedules using specific construction software, created floor plans for remodel projects, participated in negotiations and meeting with subcontractors and customers.
