The HCP Liaison Associate role:• Delivering a smooth and efficient support service to internal stakeholders, and the contracted HCPs internationally, to facilitate the use of surgeons at various meetings, training events, Visitation Centres and adhoc Consultancy work. • Working closely with Business Units to obtain full justification for the requirement of a contract, understanding business strategy to ensure alignment for planned activities. • Obtaining the Evidence of Service for each event. • Efficient, timely communication with internal business groups and HCPs.• Engagement with the worldwide markets to support them to engage and to utilise contracts for EMEA surgeons’ enabling them to attend events globally.• Conducting Third Party Due Diligence, to ensure compliance with any required regulations and to permit use of a contract where this is a requirement. Project work:• Responsibility for the migration of all contracted surgeons in my business area, onto a new, companywide, contractual template by a non-negotiable deadline. • Project team member of ‘Project Novo’, initiated to streamline our internal processes, aiming to reduce our turnaround time, make processes leaner and more ‘user friendly’, agreeing defined SLAs putting in place an effective system to record KPIs for the team. • Reviewing the teams’ contractual documentation, to develop standardised contract templates in 4 European languages, to allow a more efficient turnaround of contracts where English is not the preferred legal language of the surgeon or their employer. • I am responsible for the set-up and migration of content onto a team SharePoint site from an antiquated shared drive, which several members of the team in Switzerland were unable to access, bringing a standardised approach to document storage across the team internationally.• I have conducted a detailed analysis of the fee for service and travel time remuneration, demonstrating an area of financial saving.

Key Achievements: I created and maintained all of the procedural documentation for the administration processes for PKT, PKT Extranet and CMS. I was instrumental in initiating and overseeing a review and streamlining project for the PKT Extranet process, taking the turnaround time for a new request from 3 months to 4-5 weeks.
