In my position as Business Manager at Acuity Business Solutions I manage Acuity’s corporate operations, financial reporting, office administration and support our consultants by providing analytical and design/presentational services to ensure that each project we undertake is delivered to a high quality.

I held the Administration Manager position at A4e where I was responsible for running a support team of five administrators who worked on the Justice, Advice and Guidance contract. Essentially this involved the running and overseeing of all administration tasks for the education departments of twenty six prisons across the East of England and London, liaising between the staff in the prisons, the A4e staff and the SFA who funded us. I did the same role for advisers and managers on The Money Advice Service which A4e also holds the contract for and for both contracts I collated the delivery data in order to report on various measures to a varied range of levels, from administrators in the prisons to the director of my division.My role covered a range of tasks, primarily supervision of and reporting on all data entry for our prison and money advice service data, financial monthly claims, P&Ls, staff training, all HR tasks for my own staff and supervision of HR for the prison staff and the money advisors we dealt with, procurement, diary management, conference room booking, hotel bookings and travel, payroll, purchase orders and invoicing. Due to my role facilitating a high number of remote offices and workers I became adept at working in a varied and busy environment with very changing deadlines and for a variety of levels of employee from administrators to the senior management team.
