Program ownership included Contingent Labor, Immigration/Global Mobility and Affirmative Action planning. Participated in Workday Recruiting implementation leading the Change Management and Communication workstream.

- Own staffing responsibilities for the Qualify Assurance division of over 1200 people, including prioritization of team needs, placement, and internal mobility strategy- Review and provide feedback for performance reviews for employees of all roles and tenures in the company before formal performance review meetings.- Lead Quality Assurance individual contributors and managers for interoperability and population health software applications, 60 people. - Set and execute QA testing strategy and oversee all root cause analysis responsibilities for my team.

- Supervise Quality Assurance team members on the interoperability application- Project manager for a regulatory project related to the Affordable Care Act, which included reading and interpreting the specifications and leading a team of software developers, Quality Assurance and Implementation staff to implement the software.

- Perform software testing on electronic medical record applications - Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies.
