At CED, I served as Director of Communications for Deans Vishaan Chakrabarti and Renee Chow. My role included the organization and management of internal and external communications, crisis communications, digital strategy, brand management, public and press relations, script and statement development, IT strategy and infrastructure, web master, and campaign management. Serving Vice Chancellor and Interim Provost Cathy Koshland, I was brought in to launch the communications arm of the Discovery Initiative embedded in the campus strategic initiatives model. I designed, developed and launched the Discovery website, and brand; and produced the campus-wide Major Maps initiative involving more than 140 majors.

The Arts + Design Initiative serves 140 colleges, departments, programs, centers, and units that employ creative work in their fields. Under the leadership of Shannon Jackson, Associate Vice Chancellor for the Arts + Design, I developed the initiative’s communications arm from the ground up with the design, development, and launch of the campus website, brand, and digital campaigns.Notable projects include the development and launch of the UC Berkeley Arts Passport within the campus mobile app; the management and coordination of the celebrated campus-wide Monday Nights @ BAMPFA lecture series featuring dozens of speakers such as Rebecca Solnit, Angela Davis, Judith Butler, and Roxann Gay; and the launch of a range of campus-wide media assets including video, image, AR tour modules, and podcast programs for visitor services, public affairs, advising, and departmental recruitment.*Awarded Best Digital Campaign, Arts Passport at the 2019 BC2 Communications Conference by Public Affairs*Awarded Best Social Media Campaign at the 2018 BC2 Communications Conference by Public Affairs*Recipient of the UC Berkeley Chancellor's 'STAR recognition award', 2018*Co-teacher with campus CTO to the MEng Capstone Course: Digital Arts Access App*Managed development and launch of the first ever Arts Passport app, which lives inside the Campus app and serves more than 40,000 students at UC Berkeley. *Sitting member of the Campus Mobile Committee*Managed design, development and launch of campus wide Berkeley Arts + Design brand, website, and national campaigns.

As the Online/Digital Content Manager I plan and implement the digital campaigns for the ICA's online presence. Each exhibition cycle's campaign is carefully crafted and branded for the ICA audience.

As the Marketing Manager I created and managed all digital content for the ICA, including all social media platforms, strategic campaigns, website content and editing, direct and email marketing and digital calendaring. I was also responsible for securing and managing press relations, writing and distributing press releases, PSA’s, press kits, and managing image permissions. Similarly, as the Development Manager I organized and facilitated all grant calendars, application processes and submissions, and stewarded the ICA’s extensive membership program, interfacing with donor related events and working directly with the Executive Director and Curator.

At the Visual Resource Library in the Art Department at San Jose State University, I was responsible for contributing to the digitization of thousands of slides that were retired from daily use. This involved scanning, editing and cataloging each image into a custom database using FileMaker Pro.
