When someone calls a company, they are not thinking about who the CEO is, or where the company is in the Fortune 500. The customer is calling to see their questions answered, their situation resolved. Anything I can do to make sure a customer has a stellar customer experience is what I am going to strive to do! I am passionate about working in Customer Service I also love the opportunity to share my wisdom and learning as a Trainer Learning is an opportunity to be better. Motivating individuals to do their best, and make their best even better is one of my strengths. I have endless amounts of energy, and am deeply rewarded by the successes of my students. I understand the importance of product knowledge, as well as effective classroom control. I am patient, kind and involved in a way that gives learners confidence in their abilities.
