Working closely with the Careers Lead, I manage, record and provide careers advice and guidance to students aged 11-18 from different backgrounds, working with a range of SEND, disadvantaged and vulnerable students. Planned lessons for, taught and assessed 22 Year 3/4 children, leading to all pupils making at least expected progress throughout the year, with a good number making accelerated progress. Introduced a range of different writing techniques to engage and promote literacy in my class.
