As a Professional Services Consultant, I managed OpenAir software deployments and served as both project manager and implementation consultant. I conducted on-site and remote training to OpenAir software users. Additionally, I helped to facilitate integrated software solutions to clients, including integrations with Salesforce.com, QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Project.

I worked as the primary contact for our user community and answered software support questions including usability issues, software enhancement requests, and overall product understanding. I assisted customers via email and phone support to ensure they leveraged the correct solution and achieved immediate success. In addition, I was named Team Captain and led six support associates on a daily basis.
