About Sarah Gantz

At Sercante, I serve as an Engagement Strategist specializing in nonprofit. After graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design, my career took an unexpected dive into data and systems which has since led me to a diverse career path. From the worlds of wine and diamonds to cancer research and nonprofit fundraising technology, my varied experiences have enriched my expertise. I’m a data geek at heart with the past 18+ years in data, systems, and processes and discovered Salesforce over 8 years ago. I fell in love, and have been dedicated to it ever since.I began my nonprofit career at the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, where I transformed their Salesforce ecosystem, brought a nurse call center in-house, managed the donations team, and collaborated across the organization to enhance the fundraising, marketing, and constituent experience. Next, I joined Classy (a GoFundMe Company), where I managed their internal Salesforce instance as well as the Salesforce team and on the side guided nonprofits on strategy and systems.
