At Sercante, I serve as an Engagement Strategist specializing in nonprofit. After graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design, my career took an unexpected dive into data and systems which has since led me to a diverse career path. From the worlds of wine and diamonds to cancer research and nonprofit fundraising technology, my varied experiences have enriched my expertise. I’m a data geek at heart with the past 18+ years in data, systems, and processes and discovered Salesforce over 8 years ago. I fell in love, and have been dedicated to it ever since.I began my nonprofit career at the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, where I transformed their Salesforce ecosystem, brought a nurse call center in-house, managed the donations team, and collaborated across the organization to enhance the fundraising, marketing, and constituent experience. Next, I joined Classy (a GoFundMe Company), where I managed their internal Salesforce instance as well as the Salesforce team and on the side guided nonprofits on strategy and systems. My path has now led me to consulting with Sercante, where I continue to leverage my diverse background to support impactful work both in the for profit and nonprofit worlds.
