Is responsible and accountable for: • Agency prevention, awareness and education programs: o Teen Dating Violence Prevention Program, DVAM Programs, Holiday Programs, Community Education Programs, DOVES 40 Hour Training, etc. o Develops and implement new prevention and awareness programs as needed and as consistent with evidence-based research o Ensures staff coverage for all requested community presentations and events• Social media and DOVES networking : o Manages and develops social media websites such as; Facebook, Twitter, etc. o Maintains and updates agency website o Maintains a positive and collaborative relationship with community agencies by attending various collaborative and community meetings o Ensures proper distribution of DOVES brochures and information at various community locations (churches, schools, doctor’s offices, theaters, etc) o Produces a Quarterly Newsletter• Direct Client Services: o Supervises case management staff o Assist in restraining order applications o Answers hotline calls and tends to walk-in clients • Intervention Programs: o Manages group classes maintaining group schedule and group speakers. o Works in conjunction with Executive Director and Clinical Consultant to provide up to date group class materials.
