As Assistant Director of Music Organizations for Project Management at St. Olaf College, I oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of various music events and programs that showcase the talent of St. Olaf students and faculty. I have a bachelor of music degree in cello performance and a project management certification, which enable me to combine my passion for music and arts administration with my skills in scheduling, organization, communication, and problem-solving.With over 10 years of experience in the performing arts industry, I have worked with prestigious organizations such as The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, International Cello Institute, and currently St. Olaf Music Organizations, where I have coordinated and supported the production, marketing, and operations of concerts, festivals, domestic and international tours, and special events. I enjoy collaborating with artists, faculty/staff, students, vendors, and other partners to create memorable and meaningful musical experiences for our audiences and communities.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am passionate about farming, sustainable agriculture, and environmental stewardship. Having worked closely with farmers and witnessed their challenges firsthand, I am interested in exploring ways to support farmers in food production while acknowledging environmental impacts.
