After graduating college in December 2016, I started my first real Graphic Design job. I gained experience not only in design, but also in how to work with a design team, production team, and got to experience the inner-workings of a small, family-owned and female-operating business.I was then given an opportunity to gain more work experience a couple years later. I started with another small, long-running, family business and learned even more. I currently oversee printing production from start to finish, and I have gotten to know more about the printing process as a whole. I have gotten to learn more about the practices of printing presses and copiers, as well as how negatives for presses are created, and how machinery for mailing, folding, collating and more are used to create final products. All of these experiences have given me the skills to not only create, design, and print my own work, but also the skills to speak to a loyal customer base and get to know new and returning customers to help create working relationships with them, thus aiding my work in continuing to succeed.
