I am the proud creator of a portfolio career that combines two complementary, yet contrasting, professional focuses: 1. I coach individuals to align their profession with their values and to elevate their impact in the world2. I work directly with social enterprise to help them measure the impact they are having in the world I am driven by data and have been since I pursued a career in Auditing at PwC over 15 years ago. Since then, I have trained as a professional coach and supported hundreds of people in making a career transition into more fulfilling work. These two worlds are contrasting – one requires attention to detail and using evidence to make decisions; the other requires handing the decision-making over to my clients and allowing the coaching to take its own course. In 2020, I became a fellow at the MovingWorlds Institute. The Fellowship allowed me to elevate my own impact and add the final piece to my portfolio career puzzle. I now measure impact for social enterprises and help them understand the results – are they creating impact that aligns with their mission? This piece of work completes the circle for me and allows me to use my data analysis skills once more.I am also a mom to three rambunctious boys who keep me busy and laughing in equal measure.
