Impact analysis, reporting on data, use of resources and outcomes, and overall project assessment. - Designed and inaugurated a competency-based Principal Training Center to prequalify school principal candidates, along with a principal selection methodology for parent councils, affecting over 600 public schools (over 300,000) in the Chicago Public School District.- With the goal of understanding leadership and procedures within the Cook County network of welfare offices, performed an in-depth analysis of two community offices with poor outcomes, interviewing employees and gathering performance data. The results of analysis eventually led to a redesign of community offices in some neighborhoods.- Supported the Transportation Committee of the Club’s long-term project called the Metropolis Project. Developed and presented recommendations to improve the transportation network and presented proposal to businesses and political leaders of the City, including Mayor Richard Daley and President Barack Obama, Senator from Illinois.
