Managing and processing payrolls accurately and on time for over 1300 employees across three different entities inclusive of Corporate, Retail, Hospitality and Manufacturing (Collective Agreements) divisions.Key responsibilities include;- End to end processing of the company payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).- Maintaining employee records, including setting up and processing of new hires, change requests and terminations.- Generating, updating, and maintaining payroll records and all associated transactions, ensuring accuracy levels are kept to a minimum of 99%- Interpreting collective agreements, company policies and incentive and contractual arrangements. - Monthly payroll tax requirements, IRD payday reporting and payments.- Reconciliations of key payroll reports and related reporting.- Manage legislative and statutory requirements including superannuation, ACC, and compliance with the Holidays Act 2003. - Support upgrades and implementation of new systems/tools through UAT and regression testing.- Create and maintain process maps and procedure guides.- Liaise with employees on payroll related queries.- Maintaining stakeholder relationships, understanding of their challenges, strategies and needs.
