Day to day overview management of the resort.Overseeing the Village Duty Management team, including rotas, reviews, holidays etc.Overseeing DVM tasks such as ABV testing, morning briefings, EMS, escalated Guest issue resolution,fire evacs, Village standards, GDPR breaches, evictions, incident management, service recovery escalation and resolution.Managing back up cover for and carrying out cover duty manager shifts during hols and sickness.Working closely with all areas of the Village, including but not limited to F&B, Leisure, Projects, Guest Services, First Aid Centre, Security and Head Office.Awareness and analysis of company service scores and guest freetext comments.Chairing village wide morning briefing meetings.Attending fire, health and safety meetings on Village, and annual contigency meetings at head office.Attending other Village both regular and ad hoc meetings such as project pre-starts, and other focus groups.Assisting the HR Manager in safeguarding issues.Liaising with on Village H&S advisor regarding any issues, complaints, or changes to procedures.Liaising with external agencies such as Wiltshire Air Ambulance, the Police force, Visit England, and Longleat Safari park.

To manage the Guest Services and Arrivals operations.Manage a team of approximately 40 colleagues.All Village communications to Guests.Managing Village compensation, and recovery of all Guest issues.Recruitment and training.Departmental budgets and 4 weekly results.Liaising with Head office teams.Attending Village meetings and focus groups.Producing reports and data analysis.Representing 'guest voice' and minimising guest impact for large village projects such as 'dome' roof replacement, and 'atlantis' waterslides build.Organising and presenting a quarterly village colleague presentation to approximately 150 members of staff.
