Responsible for planning and directing all visitor service needs at the Two Mississippi Museums. Oversees the operation of the front desk, scheduling and managing tours, and managing the Two Mississippi Museums Volunteer program. Creates, evaluates, and implements the museum's accessibility process with internal and external partners. Works closely with the Two Mississippi Museums Director to implement strategies to achieve visitation targets.

Responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences, field trips, materials, and curriculum for K-12 students based on core exhibits and temporary exhibits at the Two Mississippi Museums. Manages all student interns and their projects.

Develop and research educational programs, including tours of the core exhibit and temporary exhibitions, school and youth programs, lectures, and off-site outreach programs.Complete concept and implementation forms for public programs.Develop run-of-show and serve as a liaison between department staff.Lead and facilitate educational programs and exhibition-related programming to engage the Museum's diverse audiences.Develop and evaluate education goals and objectives.Research and design curriculum materials such as gallery guides or teacher resource kits to beused by the museums on and off-site audiences.Design digital distance learning programs.Serve as staff liaison to the education team.Create and lead thematic tours within the museums, both in-person and virtual, to continue tocreate new approaches to the stories within each museum for returning guests and students.Manage interns.Develop a work plan and supervise projects for student interns.

In my role as Director of Catering and Food Safety for Chick-fil-A Sawmill Square Mall I am responsible for maintaining food safety standards, as well as developing and conducting our training program for new team members. I also manage our catering program, including marketing and delivering.
