As Talent Growth Architect for Plato, a Y-Combinator backed SaaS company, I evaluated the impact of mentorship on more than 800 engineering managers and product leaders and their teams, and designed interventions to increase their professional wellbeing. Backed with research, I built a custom measure of talent growth and feedback loops to inform mentorship.

I provided technology-backed mental health coaching for more than 50 staff at all levels of industry-leading organizations to help them achieve their goals of personal and professional growth. My role included educating clients on stress-management and relationship skills, helping them set concrete goals, and supporting their process of problem-solving..

I supported divisions of the US Agency for International Development with organization development and leadership coaching. I co-founded a non-profit to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the social impact sector. We created educational content, published stories, reports, and facilitated workshops to raise awareness of systemic bias and discrimination. We supported organizations directly with equity assessments and educational training and coaching on diversity.

I co-lead of a global community of practice to advance education and youth development. My role was to provide thought leadership, stay abreast of cutting-edge research, manage educational events, support business development and recruitment, and speak at national and international conferences. Zambia

I completed a one-year assignment to support national scale up of a $23 million dollar early grade reading and teacher health systems strengthening project funded by USAID with the Zambia Ministry of Education. As the second most senior member of the project, I was responsible for providing strategic vision to align technical implementation with day‐to‐day.

I managed a team responsible for development of Chemonics' global education and youth portfolio. I traveled to countries including Nigeria, Georgia, Indonesia, Albania, and Kosovo to carry out research, interviews, recruitment and partnering and to write funding proposals.
