Project management of the Open Enrollment process, pivoting during COVID-19 to consist of a series of home mailers and an Open Enrollment “kit” with giveaways; series of webinars with raffles in lieu of a virtual Benefits Fair; continued to see over 85% completion rate of the voluntary Open Enrollment benefit election portal• U.S. Employee Events: Continued to manage all U.S. event budgets and partnered with Corporate Events to execute on events.
