My current position is with the University of Georgia Extension Service in Walton County. My role is 4-H Youth Development Program Assistant. My primary responsibilities in this role are delivering 4-H programming to youth in Walton County. In addition to coaching and mentoring youth in local, district, state, and national contests and activities. I use my graphic design skill set to create promotional materials for Walton County 4-H and Walton County Extension. I create monthly newsletters, posters, event flyers, social media info graphics, and more. I also work with private clients and have created business cards, logos, announcements, posters and brochures. Before working in Extension I worked in the medical field, was an art instructor at multiple Michael's Retail Store locations, worked as a pharmacy technician in a retail drug store, held many different positions in a national grocery store chain. I have a diverse work background that has helped me to adapt, and thrive in different situations. It is my wish use my life experience to transition into the world of Graphic Design and Photography.My personal interests are gardening, photography, painting, pyrography, reading, movies, and family time.
