Deeply involved in over seven HK IPO projects and Swiss Exchange GDR projects, providing legal services for listed companies/issuers/underwriters. Specific job responsibilities include: (1) drafting the US sections of the prospectus in English; (2) conducting compliance review of the prospectus and assessing listing risks; (3) coordinating and modifying the prospectus with clients, underwriters, and domestic/foreign associates; (4) drafting ENG response documents based on the revision opinions of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, especially targeting the non-compliance parts of enterprises, and coordinating multiple parties to rectify and respond to the Stock Exchange/China Securities Regulatory Commission; (5) drafting and revising ENG listing related documents, such as the Hong Kong underwriting agreement and international underwriting agreement.The companies served include the following: (1) Barley Hair Transplant Medical (Shenzhen) Group Co.
