As an Academy Host for Chelsea Football Club, I provided a supportive and nurturing home environment for young academy players. My role involved ensuring these aspiring athletes have a stable, comfortable, and safe place to live while they focus on their football development.Key responsibilities include:Offering a welcoming and structured home environment for academy players, ensuring their well-being off the pitch.Supporting the players’ day-to-day needs, including meals, transportation, and emotional support as they transition into their football careers.Ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements and club regulations to promote a safe and secure environment.Acting as a point of contact between the club, the players, and their families to provide updates and facilitate smooth communication.Creating a family-like atmosphere that fosters personal growth, responsibility, and independence for the players.In this role, I contributed to the overall development of the players by providing them with a home environment that complements their football journey and personal growth.

I joined Hewlett Packard (HP) as part of the 3PAR acquisition, my role changed from Sales Development to Channel Partner Manager, focused on driving storage revenue with 4 major HP partners. My role was multi-faced, Marketing, Sales initiatives, opportunity creation, opportunity support training and development of the partner teams with new HP technology. My roles involved everything from end user customer meetings to driving sales order through the HP channel ensuring customer and partner satisfaction when purchasing HP products and solutions.
