I serve as the primary liaison between the firm and several of the firm's clients. It is my responsibility to manage relationships with assigned groups, while also providing superior service to ensure client and participant satisfaction. - Use acquired knowledge about IRS Code and employee benefits to provide assistance in a timely manner- Accountable for daily tasks such as claims adjudication, audit procedures and account reconciliation on both an individual and corporate level.- Prepare and execute seasonal activities such as re-enrollment and non-discrimination testing.- Manage daily participant account data including exception reports, status changes, claims outside of enrollment and other reporting.- Research technical and legal questions posed by clients using internal resources and outside legal resources retained by the firm.
