After 19 years in the financial industry, I found a passion to build my own business in the overall wellness space. Now, after a decade as a leader in the industry of health, wellness and leadership, my goal is to help give others hope for a better future and living a life they design with flexibility. I’m a fitness junkie and wellness advocate that believes education is the key to what makes us all level up ourselves. Many people look for change and ways to become a better version of themselves but need support and accountability. Some look for better health, some simply want to surround themselves with positive uplifting and inspiring people, some want more personal growth and development, and some want or need an additional revenue stream for their own needs or to give back bigger.
