Offices in SF, NYC, Chicago, LA, and Mexico City.I joined as the first Head of People when the company was 30 people and built the People Function from the ground up. As the first executive team member hired by the founders, defined and rolled out company's core values, which we then used as central to our decision making when it came to hiring, performance reviews, etc. Sourced and hired every employee for the first two years before hiring a team (recruiters and HR) and remained the Lead Recruiter for all key hires thereafter (both in U.S. and Mexico).Oversaw all core HR, partnering with Sequoia One to handle day to day administration.Handled all onboarding and offboarding, personnel issues, and ensured legal compliance.Established performance management, coaching, and training best practices and programs for management and leadership team.Ensured successful acquisition of another adtech company, Eyeview, onboarding 35 employees and ensuring they were integrated into our team and culture.Stayed on board 2 years post-acquisition by Inmar Intelligence, ensuring full integration into the much larger company, before deciding to take a career sabbatical.

Livefyre (martech SaaS company, acquired by Adobe) helps companies engage consumers through a conversation, content, social curation and advertising. I started at Livefyre as the 26th employee, and in my time there, I built the Talent Function (recruiting and HR) from the ground up and doubled the size of the company year over year for 4 years. When I started, spent 80% of my time doing full cycle recruiting (mostly tech) and 20% overseeing core HR. As the company grew, I hired a team of recruiters under me and my role became more strategic with my time being focused on managing my recruiting team and handling higher level HR.
