My childhood dream was to tour the world, inspiring adoring fans with my musical abilities and making a living as a pop star.     As the first People hire at Steno, I built the People Operations function from scratch in close collaboration with executive and level leadership. During my time with Steno, the Company grew from 40 to 140+ employees.
