Notable attendees included Terry Tempest Williams, Robin Wall Kimmerer, Maggie Fox, Mark Udall, Kevin Fedarko, Bill DeBuys, John Horning, Rebecca Tsosie, Jim Enote, Brian O’Donnell, Paul Larmer, Cora Neumann, Charles Wilkinson, Todd Triplett, Caroline Casey, and Emmanuel Vaughan Lee. • Shaped unifying campaign message redefining America’s national parks, forests, battlefields and monuments as living testimony to the very idea that We, the People, share common ground.• Produced a television series in collaboration with Link TV reaching into 34 million homes, featuring the stories of diverse Americans whose lives have been powerfully affected by this globally significant inheritance. The series featured Regina Lopez Whiteskunk, Alan Spears, Heidi Redd, Garett Reppenhagen and Alexis Bonogofsky.

Led creative teams across the country to deliver conceptual and schematic design for residential projects. Collaborated with acclaimed artists, architects and craftspeople to create ground-breaking works of art/architecture. Wrote essays and collaborated in the publication of several works exploring diverse themes, including the creative process, self-discovery and the nature of practice (see "publications").• Created the conceptual design for Summit, Powder Mountain’s first mountaintop “nest.” • Managed external design teams working on residential projects in Eden, Utah, including Balance Architects, Imbue Design, AMD Architecture, Bicuardo Architects and LifeEdited.• Designed and built a Burning Man installation, entitled “Gong Fu Weaver,” in collaboration with artist and musician, Tyson Ayers.

Worked with the Hewlett Foundation and the Christensen Fund with a special focus on development work for the Trust’s Native America program. Became intimately familiar with the power of Indigenous voices, as the program played an essential role in blocking creation of a resort and tramway into the heart of the Grand Canyon and also staffed and supported the Intertribal Coalition that won designation of the Bears Ears National Monument in Utah.

Took early concept design through design development to produce completed construction documents for projects in the Bay Area and on the Big Island of Hawaii, including homes on the Kona and Kohala Coasts. • Collaborated with teams working across the country to realize some of the world’s most exacting and uncompromising architectural designs.• Spearheaded the firm’s transformation to a remote work environment, which saved on operational costs, improved employee morale and allowed the firm to work with a more diverse stable of architects and designers.
