I completed charts and spreadsheets that obtained all information that was provided regarding the emergency. The charts were used to ensure the utility company's policies and procedures were kept record of manually and electronically incase a customer had a legal challenge. I was required to learn and follow the relevant FCC rules and regulations, as well.
