I am currently contracting to Resene as a Colour Expert, representing the brand and assisting consumers with their design choices and Resene paint selections.

I spent five years contracting to Resene Paints as a contributing stylist. In this role I created and delivered original DIY projects to showcase Resene paints and products. The projects were my own original concepts, and I executed, styled, photographed and edited the visual process as well as wrote the accompanying articles. The completed projects were featured by Resene on their websites and in print media at their discretion.As part of this role, I also provided specific content to promote Resene's charitable relationship with The Salvation Army.

During this time I wrote a monthly DIY column for a national newspaper. My column was published in a lifestyle magazine called "Your Weekend" and the directive was to design achievable DIY projects that the reader could realistically complete over a weekend. The content of the column was entirely my original work, from the concept and execution, to the photography, styling and accompanying written copy. I contracted to Fairfax Media during this time, and Resene was the primary sponsor of my column.

In this role I supported the Sales & Marketing Managers and their respective teams at Sony Consumer Electronics.Responsibilities included reporting, meeting preparation and minute taking, event management and general administrative support across the team. Some specific highlights in this role include successfully planning and executing a team conference in an overseas location, and working collaboratively with other Sony companies to plan fundraising events in support of CanTeen New Zealand.I left this role to have my first child in 2013.

In my role at The NZBCF, I was both Sponsorship & Events Executive, and Executive Assistant to the CEO.Key responsibilities included working with Pink Ribbon sponsors, coordinating and assisting with fundraising events, and providing administrative support to the Board of Trustees. I gained valuable experience in taking professional board meeting minutes, and worked alongside some inspirational people.
