• Provide necessary Land support for the evaluation, acquisition, divestiture, and integration, of >$16 Billion of transactions.• Assist in identifying company's land positions, evaluating, pursuing, and due diligence processes in connection with property acquisitions and divestitures• Interact with and provide legal, operations, geosciences, marketing, HSE, accounting, regulatory, and administrative groups with land support and information critical to the transition of properties into or out of the appropriate asset team.• Prepare exhibits for Purchase Sale Agreements, Acquisition/Divestiture Conveyance documents,Transition Services Agreements, and other transaction documents.• Proficient in research using different data systems (Enertia, P2 Land System, Quorum, Fed/State Websites, Drilling Info, GIS, etc.)• Prepare maps and plats as necessary using ARC GIS• Prepare offers to third parties of acquired leases, contractual rights, mineral rights, etc.• Preparation and interpretation various contracts and legal documents including assignments, Farmout Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Exploration Agreements, Unit Agreements, Unit Operating Agreements, Oil & Gas Leases, Pooling Agreements, Unit Designations, Lease Extensions, etc.

• Provide limited technical and administrative support to the land department • Research and prepare various contracts and legal documents including assignments, Farmout Agreements, Joint Operating Agreements, Exploration Agreements, Unit Agreements, Unit Operating Agreements, Oil & Gas Leases, Surface Use Agreements, Right of Way Agreements, Pooling Agreements, Unit Designations, Lease Extensions, etc. • Prepare initial and subsequent JIB information on properties to be provided to land administration department in connection with working interest owners various elections on proposed operations.• Process and track AFE’s including preparation of drilling well proposals, casing point elections and workover/recompletion proposals; responsible for determining working interest owners and percentage ownership in the well/property; route for management approval of AFE.• Prepare land maps and plats as necessary using ARC GIS• Interact with and provide asset teams with land support and information critical to ongoing development of properties with a rigorous drilling schedule.• Track Additional Interest for Asset team for yearly budgeting.• AFE Steering Committee Lead• Land/IT Power User Committee member
