Responsible for the management and completion of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Subject Access Requests (SAR) and ad hoc queries in line with relevant legislation. Engage with the Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) and Data Protection Commission (DPC). Responsible for managing all aspects of the Publication Scheme in line with Section 8 of the FOI Act.

KPMG Managed Solutions team. Worked closely with the Data Protection Officer on client site across all matters relating to data protection. Managed and processed Subject Access Requests. Reviewed and updated policies and procedures documents. Assisted the DPO in creating and maintaining a Record of Processing Activities (ROPA). Helped to carry out Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) in respect of ongoing data retention. Coordinated, investigated and drafted responses to DPC investigations and FSPO complaints.

Transaction Services Department. Responsible for data remediation of non-performing loans in order to complete a loan sale portfolio. Gained a working knowledge of loans and mortgages, both commercial and residential.
